2026 ARRL Field Day
Summer Field Day: June 28-29, 2026

Time: 1800 UTC Saturday through 2059 UTC Sunday (11:00 PDT Saturday – 13:59 PDT Sunday)
Field Day is a worldwide HF radio event sponsored by the ARRL. It is the single most popular on-the-air event held annually in the US and Canada.
Winter Field Day
January 25 2026 (Normally the 4th Saturday in January)
The VVARC will be setting up and activating for the 2026 Winter Field Day, Saturday January 24, 2026. This year we will set up at the Spring Valley Lake Community Center, 12975 Rolling Ridge Dr., Spring Valley Lake, Ca 92395.
Set up will begin at 8am, tear down will begin at 4pm. We will have Club Radios & Antennas for anyone who would like to get on the air and make contacts. If you would like to bring your own portable equipment, bring it out and join the fun. Bring someone you know who might be interested in Amateur Radio and getting their own license.
Lunch will be at 12pm, Noon. The Club will provide a grill, hamburgers, buns, condiments, and drinks. If you want to bring your own hotdogs and buns, you’re more than welcome to. Also if you want to bring some side dishes, desserts to share with others, please do.
